Please check the box below and then click Next to register your credit card via our secure form for event night purchases and donations. Your credit card will only be used for your authorized purchases made at this event.

As a convenience, you may pre-register a credit card on the submission page to charge your purchases at event Carrier and Adopt-A-Family: Building Communities, One Family at a Time.

I authorize Adopt-A-Family of the Palm Beaches to use the credit card entered on the submission page at event Carrier and Adopt-A-Family: Building Communities, One Family at a Time. Once the transaction has completed successfully, a confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address entered.
